It's been about 4 years since I stumbled on this blog while preparing for a month long trip to Iceland I took with the Prague Princess. One of the many things I do before a trip is to look for blogs, local new services and other generally useless crap. A few weeks or months after the trip I'll go and delete them from my bookmarks or RSS feed.

Every once in a while though I'll find one worth keeping - even if I doubt I'll ever return to the country. Iceland was amazingly, almost painfully beautiful - but unfortunately there are too many other parts of the world to see. It's very rare that I will return to any place I've been no matter how much I enjoyed it when I was there. Luckily though I can always take a look at the photo's on Iceland Eyes.
